We are capable of designing appropriate furnace fixtures to maintain dimensional requirements. In many cases we have been able to create a solution for materials that have been a problem in the past for our customers.

We have the unique ability to choose a process that best fits your needs as we heat treat in vacuum furnaces, air furnaces, and hydrogen furnaces with both wet and dry hydrogen gas. We can also heat treat in other industrial gases that fit the appropriate material specification. We can also induction heat treat on specific areas of your parts.

Our furnaces have temperature capabilities to 4200 degrees Fahrenheit and high pressure quenching capability to 12 bars. High pressure quenching in a vacuum furnace can create extraordinary benefits when rapid quenching meets bright, clean, material requirements coupled with strict dimensional requirements.
